Former partner and attorney Joshua Erik Abell exited the law firm in December of 2023, resulting in the closure of the firm’s Kentucky law office. The law firm’s remaining partner, Joe Capitan, continues to service the law firm’s clients from the firm’s Pennsylvania law office along with associate attorney Greg Scott and staff. Due to the change in partnership, the law firm’s business incorporated in Kentucky was domesticated to the state of Pennsylvania and merged with Capitan Law, PLLC. We will continue to provide legal representation in disability insurance claims.
